The hospice charity ellenor, of which Partner Victoria Sampson is an Ambassador, is holding its popular Twilight Walk this year as a virtual event. From Saturday 12 to Thursday 17 September, supporters are being encouraged to design their own personal 8km or 12km Virtual Twilight Walk route.

The charity explains: “Bring all the family along, including the dog, and get stepping in support of ellenor. This is your chance to plan your very own Twilight Walk route which is special for you and your family; create your route inspired by special memories - and create new memories along the way.”

Then, at 7pm on Friday 18 September, there will be a virtual event to take part in with music and entertainment. All Virtual Twilight Walkers will receive a medal and goodie bag!

ellenor provides hospice care and support to families facing terminal illness in Kent and is the only charity in the county which provides hospice care for people of all ages. Victoria has been an Ambassador for eight years.

ellenor is hoping to raise £35,000 through the Virtual Twilight Walk 2020; these are funds the charity so desperately needs right now to ensure it can continue to provide vital end of life care to its patients and their families. £35,000 could provide over six months of medical supplies or over 150 sessions of chemotherapy to a patient with cancer.
