Victoria will share her business story, alongside a panel of women working within different sectors and at varying stages of their entrepreneurial journeys.
Jo James OBE, the Chief Executive and Director of Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, is to be the keynote speaker at the May 2022 meeting, which aims to encourage more women to start their own business.
The panel is being chaired by Make It Your Business Tunbridge Wells local champion, Siobhan Stirling, director of marketing and PR agency Sharp Minds Communications. Victoria is being joined by three other Tunbridge Wells entrepreneurs – Gillian Palmer from The Finance Hub, Jess Gibson from the TN Card and Maddy Bishop from Green Planet Paper.
“The story sharing element of Make It Your Business is so powerful – I see each member of the audience having at least one lightbulb moment as they connect directly with something one of the panellists has shared,” says Siobhan.
Make It Your Business runs seminars across the country, providing opportunities for women to meet and network with local female entrepreneurs. It was founded by entrepreneur, writer and broadcaster Alison Cork, who is the ambassador to the British library business and IP centres.
“I am excited to be sharing my story at the Make It Your Business event and meeting other inspiring entrepreneurs at all stages of their business life,” says Victoria.
Make It Your Business Tunbridge Wells runs from 10.30am-12.30pm on Friday 13 May. It is being hosted and sponsored by The Finance Hub and tickets are available on Eventbrite: https://bit.ly/3M4BIQY
