Nicola joined our team at CooperBurnett LLP as an Associate Licensed Conveyancer in 2018. She has more than 15 years’ experience in residential property, dealing with both freehold and leasehold properties. Nicola enjoys acting for clients on all residential property matters, whether they are buying, selling or remortgaging; she also deals with transfers of equity, new build purchases and investment clients. She particularly enjoys supporting first time buyers.

Away from work, Nicola and her family like to get out and about on muddy walks and cycle rides, while she enjoys socialising with friends and family. Nicola is also Treasurer for the Uckfield Millennium Green – an open space of 22 acres managed by the residents.
