Natasha joined CooperBurnett’s litigation department in 2020 as a Senior Associate specialising in employment law. She trained with and qualified into the employment team at a large Surrey firm in 2009 and brings a wealth of experience advising clients on a variety of employment matters.
Prior to joining CooperBurnett, Natasha worked for a niche litigation practice in Kent as well as an HR consultancy business, advising both individuals on their employment rights and businesses across a number of different industries on how to mitigate the risk of legal disputes arising. A member of the Employment Lawyers' Association, Natasha regularly advises clients on queries relating to contractual terms, unfair dismissals, redundancies, discrimination matters and TUPE. She is experienced in drafting and advising on settlement agreements and particularly enjoys negotiating deals.
In her spare time Natasha likes spending time with her family, exploring the local countryside with her dog and attending gym classes or going paddleboarding. She volunteers for the Kent-based charity, Holding On Letting Go, which assists bereaved children at bereavement support weekends and was recently appointed to the board of trustees at the children's hospice charity Demelza. Both charities are currently celebrating their 25th anniversaries and Natasha is busy attending various events to help raise awareness of their vital services within the local community.
CooperBurnett are proud of our exceptional levels of client satisfaction we get as a team, here are some case studies and testimonials from my clients.
