She enjoys acting for clients on all residential property matters, whether they are buying, selling or remortgaging. Nicola also deals with transfers of equity, new build purchases and investment clients.
“My favourite transactions though are first time buyers,” she says. “It is a wonderful experience being part of such an exciting achievement for them.”
A recent testimonial described Nicola as making the process ‘stressless, humorous and simple’ – which is all the more impressive when one considers that moving house can be notoriously stressful…
“I am very much of the opinion that if you can connect with clients and have a giggle along the way, then this helps them to be as relaxed as possible,” says Nicola. “I’ve seen over the years that building that personal rapport results in them trusting you to do your job to the best of your ability.”
Away from work, Nicola and her husband have two children and she likes to get out and about with them on muddy walks and cycle rides, as well as enjoying socialising with friends and family. She is also a trustee for the Uckfield Millennium Green – an open space of 22 acres managed by the residents.
