The Residential Property team at CooperBurnett has recently welcomed Licenced Conveyancer Nicola Walsh, who has joined from another local law firm. She has more than 10 years’ experience in residential property, dealing with all aspects from buying and selling to remortgaging and working with investment clients.
“When it comes to residential property, I like being involved with the process from beginning to end,” says Nicola. “I also like the rapport one builds with clients. You really do go ‘on a journey’ with them.”
She adds: “I enjoy working closely with investment clients and learning about the types of property they are looking for and what drives their investments.”
Having previously worked on the ‘other side’ to CooperBurnett during property transactions, Nicola already had a ‘good impression’ of the firm.
“CooperBurnett provides a bespoke service,” says Nicola. “Every email and letter is written personally and we always aim to make every client feel important.”
Away from work, Nicola and her husband have two young children and she likes to get out and about with them on muddy walks and cycle rides. She also heads out to the gym when she can, as well as enjoying socialising with friends and family.
