She originally came onboard to look after HR but, over the years, her role has expanded to include aspects of IT, health and safety, administration, regulation and compliance. She also took on responsibility for special projects and these have included implementing the GDPR across the firm and managing the launch of our case management system.
“Over the years, Laura has been an invaluable support to our Management Board and firm; if something emerges from one of our meetings that needs actioning, Laura, with her excellent organisational skills and experience, is the person we can rely on to do it,” says Partner Joseph Oates.
Adds Head of Residential Property and member of the Management Board, Jenni Irving: “Laura has been exceptional supporting our apprentices here at CooperBurnett. Everyone here wishes Laura the very best in her new role, she will be missed.”
We are delighted to announce that Laura’s successor, Clare Kelly, has been training intensively with Laura. More about Clare in the New Year!
