We are delighted to announce that Nicola Walsh, who joined the Residential Property team at CooperBurnett nearly two years ago, has been promoted to Associate Licensed Conveyancer.

She has more than 10 years’ experience in residential property, dealing with freehold and leasehold properties. Nicola enjoys acting for clients on all residential property matters, whether they are buying, selling or remortgaging. She also deals with transfers of equity, new build purchases and investment clients.

The Residential Property team at CooperBurnett has been a key feature of the firm since it was established nearly 40 years ago, and the team has established great relationships with local agents and other professionals.

CooperBurnett has always led the way in residential property law and remains proud to be one of the very first firms to have been awarded the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation by The Law Society.

“This is an extremely challenging time but we remain committed to supporting, developing and recognising our incredible team,” says Jennifer Irving, Head of Residential Property at CooperBurnett. “Nicola has been a fantastic asset since she joined Residential Property and we are thrilled to acknowledge that contribution by her promotion.”
